I, was surprised that no one approached me as I walked thru the show room looking at the model cars. If I had been a buyer I would have to run around seeking a salesman. The service department handled my car with care and got the work done in a reasonable time.

When we scheduled the appointment, we asked to do an oil change and a tire rotation. When my wife went to the appointment they only did an oil change. When they told my wife her truck was done she asked if they did the tire rotation and they told her she never asked for a tire rotation. So, my concern is why ask me what service we want when making the appointment iif your not going to confirm when we drop off the vehicle.

My truck is shaking in idle and I am being told it’s normal. I hear ticking and I am being told it’s normal. My truck wouldn’t move twice when shifted in reverse. They said it couldn’t be duplicated they can’t do anything about it.

When I have my vehicle serviced at this shop, the work is done correctly and done in the time as promised. Staff are very helpful, courteous, friendly and have a positive attitude. I observed another customer getting an unfavorable report and even when the customer was upset, the Custer Service employee was cool and courteous to the customer!

The service advisor did not seem very knowledgeable or interested in helping customers. I asked about enabling Android Auto on my 2016 Chevy Volt, and they told me it wasn’t possible. However, another dealership was able to enable it simply by updating the software. There’s a GM service advisory on this topic, so they should have been aware of it.

As always, the service department at Wesley Chapel Chevrolet is courteous, prompt, and efficient. My service representative, Brad Cormier, is a pleasure to deal with and is one of the main reasons that I purchased and/or leased my last 6 vehicles from the dealership.

I came in on Friday night with the exact make/model I was looking into, and within minutes he pulled the car up for me to check out. From there, he had my trade in valued and printed up the quote. The only thing is the time taken was too long for the whole process including the financing aspect. The car detailing was not done properly when we received the new car (stains noted on the car body and the windshield glass).

The service people have always been great, and the requested service went well. I was very disappointed that a sat there for two hours and didn’t get a single update about vehicle during its oil change. I was told that I just had some small leaks and would receive the inspection video and recommend service via text later so I wouldn’t have to wait any longer. When I finally received the inspection an recommendations an hour after leaving, the video was less than a second long and I was quoted almost $12,000 in service with no explanation of these items even though I was told I just had some small leaks. Not to mention that one of the services I was quoted for, i literally took care of myself before going to the dealership that morning. So now i feel like im just being recommended stuff i dont even need, and have lost trust in the department.

I recently came in for fender flares on my 2025 Silverado. I was told by the part department that the fender would cost $529 and $220 to install as it shows the same pricing on the Chevrolet app. I was charged $440 in labor. This is misleading and very unprofessional. Something advertised at $729 costing $1037 out the door. This is very unprofessional and stealing from customers

The experience has been great. I was checked in promptly. The service was completed in a very timely fashion. Faster than I anticipated. I received a thorough description of the installation and addressed a couple other concerns I had. William was amazing and deserves to be recognized for superior customer service.

My truck was at the dealer for a total of 10 hours for routine maintenance. Dropped off at 0715. Left for breakfast and then returned. Sat in the waiting room for 4 hours where not one person asked me if I needed help. I text the number that I had been communicating with to talk to my advisor but no response. Last contact with him was around late one a clock. As the store was closing I was the only one there. Multiple customers had come and gone. I Finally got up asked where my vehicle was. Come to find out my advisor had left and did not relay any info to me or any other advisor. My truck had been ready since 1351. Spoke with manager who apologized for the mistake and offered me a free detail. Manager advised he would speak with the adviser…

I liked the ease of making the appointment and the friendliness of the staff; however, the prices are unreasonable and I don't see why I should continue bringing my vehicle to you. I brought my truck in for an oil change and was told that my A/C compressor needed to be replaced. The representative explain the cost of the part was over $1k, but when I went to GM's website I found the same part for a little over $500. That's a 100% percent parts markup before we even get to the over $1k labor charge for 3 hrs of work. That's right, 3 hrs of work! Needless to say, I have little trust that I will be treated fairly in the future. Thank you for your time.

My salesman (Androu) was great. When it came to finance, we had a 5:00 appointment and did not get into finance until 615 . That was after I threated to leave. The woman in finance was very apologetic and told me that she was just brought the deal. I'm not sure what the issue was but it almost caused us to go to another dealership.

Timely and professional

Probably one of the easiest purchase of a vehicle I’ve ever had. I didn’t want to sit at the dealership for an eternity. My sales rep Juwan, advised he would have everything laid out to have a seamless and quick transaction when I arrived. I arrived at dealer at 10 am, and after agreeing to a few things we moved to finance where Fitz( I believe that was his name) helped me close the deal. Both Juwan and Fitz were a class act. They were both extremely patient with my need to question all aspects of my purchase. They were extremely kind to my daughter who had to tag along with me. Although I wasn’t able to take delivery of my vehicle that day, I felt good about everything when I left. Juwan advised he would contact me when the vehicle arrived, and that he was going to coordinated window tint and protective coating on truck before I returned to take delivery of my new truck. So far so good. Keep it up Wesley Chapel Chevy! You may have just made a lifetime customer!!

For the work that I used to do for about $25, the prices for parts are outrageous. Where do you get your coolant? Labor costs, are you serious?!!! I waited over 4hrs. for a 30 minute job. It's true, dealers are a rip-off. Time to look for a reasonable mechanic. Sorry

Tyler Calderwood is the representative I had and he made the buying process very easy for me. He broke everything down to me step by step, he was knowledgeable of the vehicle and showed me everything I needed to know about it, he didn’t urge or try to get me to get something that I wasn’t sure of and etc. All in all I’m happy about my purchase and I would love to come back when I want another vehicle

I brought my vehicle in for some warranty work. During the repair some minor damage was done to my vehicle. I contacted my service advisor Rodrigo who acknowledged the issue right away. He promised to work with his Service Manager to resolve the issue. The dealership very quickly took the steps need to make this situation right. There no arguments, or attempt to displace responsibility. Its easy to do the right thing when there are no issues, but in this case the right thing was done when it wasnt the easiest thing to do. My trust in the service department at Wesley Chapel Chevy has increased. I know they will treat my business as valued and act with integrity which is often in short supply at many other dealerships. Poor quality, no warm welcoming, the basics of the car were not checked as expected, for instances the windshield washer fluid was empty and nobody told me or even filled it during the maintenance. With this I can even know if they really made the tire rotation as expected. Totally disappointed.

Purchasing my truck was a fast and easy process. Dealership is clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated. Dante took the time to walk me through the truck and show me how to use all the controls before I left. We had a bad raddle and creaking noise in our suspension. The service team was helpful in getting us scheduled immediately. Our advisor, Bill did a fabulous job keeping me up to date on the issue, repair needed and progress, along with the technician who sent a video of the service being performed. I bought a Trax about a month ago. My sales experience was great. About 2 weeks into owning the car, I started having lots of issues with my radio. Bluetooth would drop in and out or not connect at all. I scheduled a service appointment with Rodrigo and he was very helpful and attentive to all of my concerns.

Scheduled my appointment for 7:30 for just an oil change and tire rotation didn't get my truck back until 9:30 after sitting in the lobby the whole time I was told less than an hour for it to be done 2 hours later I get my truck back and the tires had not been rotated at all was told there was a confusion in the notes so it did not get done but still charged me for it never got an apology for any of the inconvenience after having to wait another 20 min for them to rotate the tires so 2 hours and 20 minutes total of waiting in the lobby after already having an appointment made not a walk in situation where I would expect to wait a long period of time it's already an uncomfortable feeling to come to a dealership and trust Somone to work on your vehicle and This situation made it worse the lack of communication or car or concern about the whole situation is crazy to experience at a dealership you made the purchase from and should have a great experience going to and trust coming back to

Came in for an oil change on my previous vehicle and 24 hours later drove home a 2026 Chevy Trax, all thanks to the amazing team! I mentioned to the service representative that was just looking for an upgrade, and he introduced me to Stefan, who talked through options, ran the numbers and worked a great deal on the trade! Victor, the sales manager, was helpful refining the numbers and making my first time car buying experience seemless. The sales team brough good energy and were thorough in the process. My salesman was great, but unfortunately, when I went to pick up the car, he wasn’t there and a gentleman who was giving me. The car didn’t show me anything about the car.

Was in town at an rv resort. Had gone on a little trip and noticed a code on the dash. This was on a Sunday. At 7:00 Monday call in an appointment for 8:30. Was afraid of some serious trouble. Did a diagnostic on the truck, found a leak of coolant at my egr valve. Sent me a message that problem was located, will not need parts and would have truck back to me by close of day. By 6:00 pm had my truck and all issues resolved. Was very impressed with the whole experience. Thank you Wesley Chaple Chevrolet.

I worked out a great deal, set an appointment to come in. When I get there I have to sit around for an hour. Get into the finance office to sign all the paperwork. My fault I trusted that the dealership would honor its word, I didn’t check the bottom line and found out when I got home they stole $1100 from me. To make it worse, they didn’t detail the truck. As I was putting my new bed cover on, the top of the cab is filthy. I started iut thinking this was going to be my new Go To place for vehicles, but I probably won’t step foot in there again.

The service was good. They fixed my problem, very friendly people and any problems in the future that I will have. I will definitely bring my service to them.

Took delivery of new vehicle, truck wasn’t even vacuumed. Windows looked like a 5 year old cleaned them.

The communication was very poor. Dropped by truck off on a Thursday and did not get it back till following Tuesday. The time to repair is not the issue, no one communicated with me about the status of my vehicle. I would have to call each day to find out if it was repaired or I was going to find alternate ways of getting home.

Brad was great, very personable and went above and beyond by assisting me after hours.

I bring in my new 2025 chevy colorado trailboss purchased there for maintenance oil filters ect. my bill totaled 387 dollars. That's ridiculous. cabin filter 125 dollars, are you kidding me. the filter retail is 6.97 not 67 dollars, and the package attached is highway robbery. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will never come there again. I would expect such service in the 200 range.

I purchased the most expensive Tahoe on the lot in late December. In early April I had it detailed and the mats were removed for the first time. To my shock, the floor was flooded with liquid on both front sides. When I brought the vehicle in, I was told they found mouse droppings and the HVAC had been chewed, and this is not covered under warranty and it is my responsibility. I asked if they could guarantee the this did not happen on their lot prior to me purchasing the vehicle, and was told without doing a scope, there was no way to tell. I asked if the dealership could help out with the repairs, since neither of us could prove when this happened. I was told to file a claim with my insurance. Wesley Chapel Chevrolet dealership was NOT willing to take any responsibility or work with us for this repair on our brand new $100,000 vehicle! The cost was over $7k we were charged. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Wesley Chapel Academy!

I had a very bad experience with Rodrigo Pereira for my Equinox break repair service. He intentionally miscalculated the cost and tried to overcharge me several times. I corrected him each time. I am GM retiree and have never met an unprofessional dealership man like him. His behavior ruins GM Wesley Chaple dealership's reputation.

We were coming from 2 hours away for a 2026 Traverse RS. Androu and the team had the vehicle we wanted ready and did everything they could to make us feel welcome and expedite the process.

Our 2024 Silverado suddenly stopped running while driving about 1 hour away from home (and the dealership) Late on a Saturday night. I could not restart the truck and once I put the vehicle in Park, it would no longer shift into any other gear. I sent our Service tech, Brad Cormier, a phone text early on Sunday morning informing him of the situation and advising him that I wanted to have the vehicle towed back to Wesley Chapel Chevrolet for service. Although a Sunday and his day off, Brad responded quickly, setting up an early Monday morning appt. We exchanged a few texts where he asked questions and exhibited concern about our situation. I had the car towed and left in the lot. The following morning I received a phone text from Brad confirming that they were able to get it in the bay and is being inspected. There were issues with the electronic fuel pump, which was changed and I had our truck back on the road by Monday afternoon. Brad and the entire service department are fantastic!!

We had the truck in there for engine light. They said they repaired it. I feel at this time, they were just guessing what was wrong drove at 5 miles and light came back on came back. They fixed it again, we drove 8 miles pending light came back on. We got it a day, or 2 later injury light came on, I took it back after they replaced some kind of turbopack or something. Can't 2 days? I believe come back. They finally found a problem with some kind of wire in the harness that was losing voltage.I guess. Was not happy because the mechanic said he was going to drive at home and I was okay with that, because he wanted to make sure that the light didn't come back on afterwards. I found out he was driving 35 miles 1 way that put 70 miles on my truck. I felt they were going to drive it that way again.I'm not sure if they did, but they finally delivered the truck and it was repaired.And at this point, it seems like it's okay.No problems, our problem was, we felt like they were guessing. What was going on? I'm not upset with them but I think they should have took a better look. The first time when they said they put an electrical grease on the shifter knob i call g and headquarters and they said they for the inconvenience.They were going to give us some more reward points.As of yet, we have not seen those reward points

It was the worst experience in my life buying a car . The sales man was friendly and and help full. I ask many times what was the interest rate many times , but they did want to tell me , they said when you go to the finance of she will tell you . The finance manager was not very friendly and arrogant . I ask again what was the interest she did not want to tell me . So I kept signing the documents , when I started to ask about the fee , she completely blu up saying this is no the time to do this , and I told her in a nice way but firm , if she was going to pay for the car that I’m the buyer and if I think those fees are not write or negotiable I’m not buying the car , her response was it’s late and this is not time for that . I ask again for the interest rate, she responded with a sarcastic attitude and start yelling to get the fuck out of my office my wife and my self where shocked , even the people around the sales manager was telling me her to calm down very unprofessional my credit score as 720 and they want to charge me 10 percent in a new 2026 corvette I do not Recomend this dealership they are not upfront and honest

Truck brought in on a Monday to replace a brake hose. It took 5 days because the tech was sent to training one day and my truck sat with no work done. Next day was told they had to order a part and then the wrong part was delivered. Had to wait another two days. I picked up my truck and discovered the plastic piece hiding the mirror wire on the windshield was broken off by the person putting the dealer number tag on the mirror and just left on the dashboard on top of the dealer number tag. I have spent approximately $7000 at this dealership in the last year and am very disappointed in these actions.

Service on my truck was fine, but theft took place of some items left inside my truck while it was there. Will never go back to this location with that kind of dishonesty from employees!!! And then nothing being done about it.

Our salesperson Nick Cantu could not have been nicer. I had called and said we would be in to look at the vehicle, I pretty much knew what I wanted, it was ready to test drive and we loved it! Went in and did haggle a bit with payments and so on but we very happy when we left. I did have a bit of a problem with all the technology but after a few days it was resolved. I also had called and spoke to the new car director Tracy Bournazian about my frustration with all the new techno toys and he was wonderful too, couldn't have been nicer!

Busy Saturday at the dealer and quickly welcomed in by Josh. Dustin joined us after finishing up with a customer and was engaging and friendly. We closed the deal with Dustin after a test drive and felt like friends at their house!

Took my car in for an oil and oil change and rotation of tires. Service dept did a 15,000 checkup and found that the cabin and air filter should be replaced. Saved me having to return for a follow-up appointment.
