Hello, This is my first ever Chevrolet Product purchased from Toyota during my 65-year-long life. I can out of a tundra and Tacomas my entire life. I was intrigued because my son Dillon recently purchased his Silverado 4x4 Diesal Trail Boss. I found it for him since he was seeking to buy it. He is a paramedic/firefighter here locally. I found his vehicle to be perfect, but I needed a truck to fit into my garage as I always park our vehicle garage. So, I came in originally to meet with Travis the original salesperson, who was recently promoted to finance. I loved him, he suggested two other salesmen young lads, they were terrible. Both acted like juvenile delinquents and were unprofessional. Leaving me while I was seeking important features and benefits to run all over the place like I was insignificant. I was very disappointed and left and shopped all around other dealerships in all of Tampabay that existed. Eventually, I came back to Wesley Chapel which I originally wanted to fully support. So, I this time asked for the manager to assist me with a much more professional salesman. I was so happy, I met Josh, as my salesman. He stayed with me at my side consistently throughout the process. I even changed models from LZ1 to Trailboss Colorado. He knew everything fully about the features and benefits of both models. Outstanding representation of Chevy. He was actually in internet sales but the manager knew I wanted the best, hence Josh. Finally, financial processes took place for several hours until a great agreement was reached for me. So, all in all, I want to stress the importance of a finance office along with a seasoned pro salesman to make this important decision for my deal. Finally, I got convinced to sign up for a warranty on tires and rims and lifetime oil changes. this created a higher payoff balance. I originally didn't want it, but got convinced. Please cancel all this warranty extra stuff I purchased on top of my vehicle loan amount as I hate this warranty stuff. This is by best reflection on this experience at Wesley Chapel Chevrolet which I recently supported fully. HOpe you handle the warranty stuff asap. and let me know when it's complete. Terrible customer service, not a great experience My car battery needed replacement, and after multiple calls to confirm it was covered under warranty, I was ignored, given no clear answers, and even told I was calling too much. When I finally got confirmation, no one mentioned I needed an appointment. After bringing my car in, early in the morning I was told I’d have to wait until the end of the day because I didn’t have an appointment I waited approximately 5 hours for a simple battery change. Every encounter at this dealership has been a hassle, and I dread coming here. I will never buy another car from this place it has been frustrating to say the least

Pretty terrible. Paid $250 for a diagnostic that took less than 10 minutes to perform. They said they performed other diagnostics however when challenged on a specific item I knew was incorrect their representative said they only test what we tell them to. This directly contradicts the “diagnostic report” they sent me so I’m pretty sure this report is BS. My wife called and left a voicemail for the manager to discuss however that has not been returned after over two weeks. We will not be returning to this dealership.

I called to schedule an appointment for a Safety Recall on my 2017 Traverse. The attendant scheduled me for 9:00 am on February 19, 2025. I am concerned that I showed up on time on the date assigned but the Dealership did not have the part needed. Why did they schedule me when they were not prepared to fix the safety recall? Everyone was courteous; however, I now have to make a 2nd visit! Also, a man named Eddy approached me about chips in my windshield and wanted to replace my windshield at no cost to me. He would file a claim with my Insurance to have them pay for the windshield. His estimate was $1400 to replace the windshield. There were no chips or cracks in my windshield. I feel like he was a scam to replace my windshield at insurance expense and at 3 times the cost to replace a windshield! Why does the dealership allow these individuals to talk to your customers?

Radames did a great job keeping me informed on the availability of the allocations of the ZR1 which I really wanted and the Z06. Then they were very patient while I worked through purchasing. In terms of the Z01 I feel Chevrolet is doing a horrible job communicating not only availability but even that there are limited allocations. It puts the dealer in a bad position. I felt Wesley Chapel Chevrolet did a great job messaging.

Oil change and everything went fine. I told them there was a problem and instead of going in to the system and find it they just tried to recreate it. The problem is no and off this is not the first time I have brought my truck in for this problem. Then when I went to pick it up because I had to pick it up after hours they said they were going to leave my keys in my truck well that is not what happened. Luckily there was someone there working a little late that could take care of me but there was no phone call say they had a problem and couldn’t leave the keys in the truck. This was not the best experience that I have had.

This service appointment started on March 3 with a visit to the dealership concerning paperwork related to a new car purchase I made June 2024. A form related to an EV tax rebate was not submitted to the IRS causing my tax filing to be rejected. I drove another car to the dealership to it looked for an issue while working on the missing paperwork of the EV purchase. Service took my car in to check the problem while the I delt with the missing form submission. Service said they needed to order a part that would take several days to receive, setting up the Friday appointment. Since I was told it would take several hours for the repair to be performed, we left the car went back home. After several hours I received a call not telling me the car was repair and ready to pick-up, but the part was not received for the repair and another appointment would have to set once the part was received. We had to make a return trip now to pick-up the car without the repair being done. Now I am waiting again for the part to be received. This has caused several unneeded trip involving two vehicles related your dealership.

Avoid This Dealership – They Damage Cars and Refuse to Fix Them I had a terrible experience with Chevrolet Wesley Chapel. I brought my car in for service, and their technician admitted to removing a part that caused my trunk latch to break. Instead of taking responsibility, the dealership refused to fix the damage they caused. Since their work, my car has new mechanical and electrical issues that weren’t there before, including: • A trunk that no longer locks or functions properly • A “top not secure” warning message • A mysterious beeping sound at 30 mph with no alert Their own E Advisor’s report (as of 3/18) confirms that more damage was done beyond just my trunk, yet they still refuse to address the issue. Now, I’m left dealing with costly repairs due to their negligence. If you care about your vehicle, avoid this dealership at all costs. They do not stand by their work, and their lack of accountability is unacceptable

The salesmen I talked to were definitely nice, however, I do have some concerns. Firstly, when I walked in my first time there I wasn't greeted, and had to talk to the girl at the front desk to get someone to help me. I wasn't really bothered by this, but it did seem a little odd considering it was a car dealership. Victor was definetely a cool guy, I just felt like the only reason I didn't sign when I walked in was because I felt like there was a lack of honesty regarding the leasing process. Maybe I was just confused, but one salesman (Victor) said I could decline the dealership warranty, and another (Johnny) said it was mandatory and could not be removed. I'm not sure if I was confused, or if someone was lying, it could be either. Another thing I am a little disappointed with is the communication I am recieving after signing for my vehicle. It seems like as soon as I signed and left the lot, all the communication got slower. It also seemed like I couldn't get a straight answer for any of my questions I asked over text, which added to my hesitation. I got 5 stars for Victor, and 3 for Johnny.

Johnny the sales representative did a fantastic job of making sure the vehicle I was looking for was ready to test drive when I arrived. Johnny was able to provide all the details about the truck and how to work everything. Before making the trip to the dealership I was able to have a quote provided to me through the dealer website which Johnny stated was just missing one charge. Once we sat to talk numbers the quote was thrown out the window and negotiating started. By the end we were close to what website quoted me at. Lots of time wasted. If the website is not going to provide accurate information it should not be utilized. The process of getting the financial information took a long period of time. Joe was quick with getting me out the door once I was in his seat.

My "Experience" hasn't ended yet, as my 2020 Trax developed more serious and costly (key-fob and sensor) issues upon returning home post oil change/tire rotation. The car would not respond to the fob(s) and was driven back to the dealership in "crippled" mode (i.e., fob in cup-holder). The vehicle is hardly used (17k miles) and not abused, so this is not a good omen. Being handicapped and not having a smartphone, my experience so-far with the dealer's "Smart"(non human) - service center answering system is frustrating and negative. It needs a means to bypass to speak with human.

Unfortunately I was lied to on the deal. I Was told I would get a tax credit for trading in my truck. They when I couldn't find it on the paperwork when signing. Then I was told since they were buying the vehicle from me instead of trading I don't get the tax credit. Prior to all this I already had a quote from CarMax to sell which was higher than what Chevy offered me but the manager kept on saying oh don't do that we will give you the same and cut you a check since I didn't want to use all the money from the trade in on the new vehicle. So this was on a Saturday prior to Easter. They told me they couldn't cut the check because accounting was not in. I waited till Tuesday and I contacted the sales rep I used on the deal. He told me to come in that the check is ready ($12,400) . I arrived and he looked at me and said what are you doing here. I told him im here to get the check like we discussed on text message. He told me oh I thought I was texting a different customer. We don't have it. I immediately wanted to speak to a manager. Manager came out and told me accounting was closed and theirs nothing he can do. Then proceeded to tell me that I wouldn't receive a check for at least a week maybe more. That's not what was promised to me on the deal. They lied. I'm livid. This is poor customer service, waste of my time and lost out on money trusting them. I hate my experience and will never deal with them again. I have only owned Nissan trucks since 1997. I decided to try something different purchasing a 2025 Z71 Silverado. I hate my decision and wish I never did it after this whole situation. These people need to be held accountable for deception and lies. That's not how you run a business and treat customers. The service sucked. Spoke with one salesman and went on a test drive. Then asked for numbers and was told he would get back with me the next day. I called the following day and was told he was off that day. So spoke with the sales manager and was referred to someone else. She was better but hard to get information from. Had to re quest thing two or three times. This process tuck over a week to close on two trucks. If it wasn't for the low cost of the trucks, I would have gone somewhere else.

Had work done on my front end rotors & disc brakes 2 months ago. I noted on my diagnostic on my dash that it stated 38% and the rear was 89%. Rear was not worked on. Being concerned I asked to have it checked. Rather be safe than sorry. Sure enough the dash diagnostic hadn't been zeroed back to 100% after work was done. I arrived a little early for my appointment, and planned on a few minutes wait . I recognized one service writer ( Brad) that acknowledged me. Noticed 4 people at stations , including Brad . Also noticed I was only one standing there . It took quite awhile before Brad , which looked overwhelmed , helped me. Brad asked my name and why I was there . He found my appointment , which I did online , Brad said for oil and filter and rotation is like 133.00 . I responded with why so much ? Oil and filter plus 20 for rotating tires. I said y’all send me a coupon online for 89.98 for oil and filter plus rotation. Brad said “ I’ll give it to you this time “ ! I sat down and looked up coupon online to show him later. It took 2 hrs to do service. At check out I informed Brad I worked as a mechanic ( that worked on all makes ) also had a crew of 10 under me for 40 years at one place . ( 50 years total ) his and a coworker next to him became more friendly. The issues I have is they looked understaffed and online appointments and such don’t get though or not working ( Brad agreed that I should call and make appointment next time ) When I purchased my vehicle the dealership I understand was under new ownership . On my second visit it looked like most new people where there . Being in the business for 50 years I know how that affects business. Brad seemed to be very knowledgeable and good at his job and hopefully things will improve . I still have 100 or so regular customers that call often for service advice ( I am retired) I would like to send them to a great place for sales and service.

Unfortunately, this review does not give me the ability to break apart the experience. Let me start by saying that the only thing keeping me from rating Excellent, is the after sale experience. The sales experience was about 4 1/2 stars. The 1/2 star deduction is it took 6 - 8 hours total time inside the dealership to get the deal done. Now let's talk about the after sale issue. My Silverado is supposed to have window tint and various other protections as part of the "Wesley Chapel Chevrolet Total Care Protection" package that was included in the sale price at $2895. My salesperson explained that someone from the dealership would contact me to set up an appointment and that simply has not happened. This is VERY disappointing.

I’ve never had to wait for someone to provide information on paying cash for a brand new truck. The sales rep was great…but that’s where it ends. We are now waiting on a check for several hundred dollars to reimburse us for over payment. The cherry on top was an appointment to have our factory installed lift finalized, only to be told we had to make an appointment with someone else. A 2 hour drive for nothing. Having recently (March 15th) bought the truck at your dealership, I opted into the extra service package as the employee who explained at signing that we would be able to request a loaner car when dropping off the vehicle, seeing as I lived 45 minutes away. This was the whole reason I even purchased the service, as 45 minutes is a significant distance for oil changes that will occur every other month. However, after attempting to do this we were told we have to leave our car for 5+ hours to do that, even though no one can confirm this is accurate. We also live too far away to be Ubered home. We were told the GM was going to reach out to us, but we have not heard anything yet. Super disappointed, as I would not have opted into the service to drive almost an hour for an oil change.

Delivery and hand-off of vehicle went well, but it was all in thanks to a call I made following the automated updates from Chevrolet. We did a custom build in March (with $500 deposit) and got notice it arrived to the dealership end of June. We waited 5 days (from that notification) to see if anyone would reach out - namely the salesperson. We finally called on the 6th day to check-in and found out the car was on the lot, on the website, and fully prepped ready for sale. Fortunately it was a special build (±$95,000 Suburban) so it wasn't sold, but there was nothing in the Chevrolet system that would have alerted a salesman that the VIN was spoken for if another individual wanted to purchase the car. Fortunately we never ran into that situation, but likely an area of improvement Chevy should implement.

Did have some follow up questions for finance area on the retail and finance agreement as there was a discrepancy between the cost breakdown documents. Additional costs for the perma plate and forever start costs was not listed out in the detail of the finance agreement which caused confusion when trying to follow the calculations. Understand that the Florida contract does not lists additional items but they should be disclosed in the cost breakdown to customers.

Sean in finance kept me waiting over an hour and a half, once in there he had my sign the ipad with my electronic signature and then he adopted and signed all my documents for me. He didn't go over anything with me and I didn't mention it as I figured he would print everything out to go over it. That didn't happen either, I left (my mistake) and then realized I didn't understand all the charges so I had to drive back over 2 hours to have Sean go over the charges with me. We had a noon appointment, he was late and then he took a customer in front of me instead of letting them know he already had an appointment. Refused to check into a noise issue that developed only after my last repair with the dealership. Not only has the jerking / hard transmission shifts continued, but after the “repair” there is now a hard thump/readjusting every time I turn my steering wheel or go over a dip. This was not there and I explained this and they refused to take a look without further charging their “inspection fee”. This is totally absurd as they are literally refusing to honor their warrantied work.

I’m truly disappointed with the overall experience at this dealership. My truck was at the Wesley Chapel Chevrolet service department for over seven months, and while I understand recalls and parts delays happen, the lack of communication and poor customer service made the situation even more frustrating. What really bothered me was how little care was shown when I finally picked up my truck. After having it that long, the least they could have done was wash it or return it clean—instead, it was extremely dirty, which came off as disrespectful and unprofessional. When customers are without their vehicle for months—especially due to a recall—a little effort goes a long way. Simple gestures like updates during the wait or a clean vehicle on return would have made a huge difference. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve the service for future customers.

Pro’s Jovannie did an amazing job through the entire sale process. He was knowledgeable of the product. Not only that he sales but all automotive product lines. He listened closely and supplied detailed responses based on our requests. The finance office was also very knowledgeable and we were pleased with that department also. Cons The entire process just takes to long and needs to be adjusted somehow. It just shouldn’t take 7hrs to buy a vehicle. The fact that the only choice we had was to accept the almost $3000 dollar warranty seems wrong to me. It doesn’t affect me personally because I would’ve purchased it without being forced too. I did hear numerous complaint from approximately 10 other customers around me about it though. And I watched at least 5 leave and go elsewhere to purchase. This may need some adjustment. Also there was no volume on our brand new 2025 Z71 truck at time of receipt of the vehicle. We purchased the truck on Sunday due to my better half’s ability to travel without me due to heath reason. They seemed less than helpful with working with her on that. Even though we had expressed I would be out of town for the following week. She was able to follow YouTube and later in the day when they got around to it. Giving her guidance via txt on which fuse she should push in or wiggle.. I hope that this isn’t a benchmark for your service department. We would be very disappointed as I already kind of am anyway with the degree of importance our new truck problem was given. All and all it was a good sales experience that ended in dissatisfaction with the service aspect. That’s pretty typical. We came to your dealership because we thought it was above these types of issues. I surely hope someone works to resolve them quickly.

Sales experience was mediocre compared to prior purchases. Was not offered even KBB low end for a better than "good" in bumper to bumper trade on an LTZ trim vehicle. Dealer, even by the sales managers own admission, advertises a price for vehicles lower than bigger competitors and then adds 3k of fees on top of the 1.1k of admin fees. Despite that, I was ready to let my last 2023 oil leaking Chevy LTZ Silverado go before it was out of warranty since it was on its second oil leak from the crank seal in the first 33k miles. The deal finished late despite getting there at 12:15 and the sales girl asked if I could come pick up the truck the next day at 10am. I got an Uber and when half way to the dealer, the sales girl calls to tell me the truck won't be ready at 10am. So, I wait until 11 am and she tells me the PPF is taking a little longer. When I finally get the truck, there is no PPF, no window tent and windows are dirty, inside has carpet insulation everywhere. I ask where the PPF is and at that point the sales girl wanted to schedule and appointment on Monday for me to come back for PPF and window tent. I decided there and then that I would go back to driving to Stingray Chevrolet since I had already purchased a Silverado and ordered a C8 Vette from them in the past without the hassle and pita this experience was. If it wasn't for every new truck available being garbage these days, I likely would move back to a Toyota truck.

The worst experience I've ever had buying a car and interacting with dealership staff (excluding our salesman, he was very pleasant). We purchased a 2025 Chevy Suburban via a trust and it was evidently too difficult for the finance department to wrap their heads around. There is clearly not a protocol for dealing with trusts to purchase a vehicle making the entire experience unbearable. The interaction I had with Joe in finance was unacceptable. He was extremely rude to me, practically throwing the papers at me, tossing me the iPad and not explaining any of the paperwork. The GM, Courtney, kept pressuring us to finance the car and add an extended warranty to the vehicle, if he knew anything about our particular type of trust or bothered to know anything about our situation, he would know we cannot finance any part of the vehicle as the trust is a lienholder on the vehicle and with the amount of driving we do, the warranty is completely useless to us. Now let's get into the wire situation, it's like these people have never had funds wired to them before. I signed paperwork for a specific amount to be wired, said funds were wired immediately once the finance department decided to finally send the wire instructions. The dealership sat on the received wire for over 24 hours and did not release our car to us because, come to find out they don't know how to read their own financial paperwork and are completely inept in dealing with wired funds. By far the worst experience I've ever had purchasing anything.

When we scheduled the appointment, we asked to do an oil change and a tire rotation. When my wife went to the appointment they only did an oil change. When they told my wife her truck was done she asked if they did the tire rotation and they told her she never asked for a tire rotation. So, my concern is why ask me what service we want when making the appointment iif your not going to confirm when we drop off the vehicle.

My truck is shaking in idle and I am being told it’s normal. I hear ticking and I am being told it’s normal. My truck wouldn’t move twice when shifted in reverse. They said it couldn’t be duplicated they can’t do anything about it.
