DAVENPORT, FL | 2023 Chevrolet MalibuAugust 2, 2023The dealership was perfect. The car was setup phone... On and GM messed up the Account. Everything was for email, phone, address, password for my Florida house. On or GM messed and put my info from 2012 Impala address Pennsylvania, wrong phone, email, password. GM was after 2 hours, the tech the myChevrolet, messed so bad could do anything in App, sign out... Had to remove the App install again. The info is wrong don't all get into the app, what not respond for password check. Said send email but nothing. In the computer show 2 different emails dan.foxx@outlook.com New, dan-foxx@msn.com from 2012. The tech is stupid waste 2 hours in Car. The car will not allow mychevrolet connect my phone paired since Saturday. Cutoff by GM Tuesday afternoons.Response from CHEVROLET OF WESLEY CHAPEL

LAND O LAKES, FL | 2020 Chevrolet CamaroJuly 29, 2023I was having a torque converter issue with my Camaro. Eric, also brought to my attention my throttle body and differential needed to be replaced. Wasting no time Eric got the issue fixed within a day. Eric’s communication with me was magnificent and I couldn’t ask for a better person to help me out! Everyone I have encountered at Chevrolet allowed me to have a great experience. The staff memebers are very welcoming and good with communication.
