While the service was excellent, the drive is simply too far for oil changes and tire rotations. Dealer sold me the wrong carcare plan, according to 2 different service centers and other chevy dealerships will not accept them. 40 minutes, 32 miles 1 way is too far when 2 other dealerships are within 10 miles from home.
I attempted to schedule service over two weeks before someone phoned me to make an appointment. Apparently the dealership uses an outside agency to take their phone calls, which never passed on the message i gave to an individual who took my verbal request for a callback - and during normal business hours, too.. Not a good way to maintain a business during these trying times.

I went into the MWC dealership looking into buying a used car I was eyeing online but somebody beat me to it. Charlie saved the day by introducing me to the world of car leasing. He and his boss offered me a deal but I didn't want to decide right away so I told them that I needed to sleep on it. They asked me to take the new car home for the night which I think was nice. After a good amount of research and a little bit of wiggling with the initial deal, we decided to go for it. The next day, I filled up an online form which I think helped speed up the process during the signing at the dealership because everything was already prepared for. Charlie and the finance guy were accommodating to all my questions. The last step was Charlie setting up the settings of the car for me. He helped explain all the new features from safety, infotainment system, maintenance, warranty, etc. Everything being said of him here in the Dealer Rater is true! He goes above and beyond in helping me understand all the features of my new car. I truly appreciate his help and patience. Thank you Charlie and MWC!
